Reflexology and Sound Bathing Option:

Since 1998, Laurie Clark has practiced Reflexology  with the intention of providing clients with self realization strategies. Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which corresponds to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body.

The combination of Reflexology Therapy with Nature Connection assists one to quieten the monkey mind and deepen one's intuitive primordial wisdom while offering a sense of renewal and overall vigor for life. A Reflexology session opens one to receive greater opportunities to connect with their inner earth based knowledge especially when accompanied by the act of spending quiet contemplation time on the land.
