Exercising reflexology self-treatment techniques alongside relaxing with the breath to the sound of crystal quartz singing bowls and native flute will assist participants in sinking into a deepening breath within the body's relaxation response so to enter into new ways of understanding one's mental-emotional-physical-spiritual homeostasis. Gain insight and connection to your body's interoceptive awareness skills while accessing your confidence in self-regulating your personal healing process through identifying the importance of breath work while applying pressure to your hand/foot reflex points.
